iOS Chat & Announcements Issues

Commanders,

Two iOS issues have appeared recently. We are currently working on a hotfix to resolve these issues.

Words being typed may not be seen: this may be due to using Dark Mode on iOS, so try disabling dark mode for the time being if this has given trouble.
Announcements channel cannot be closed: the “X” at the top-right may not work as expected. Try swiping the Announcements down to close that menu.

We hope to release a hotfix for these soon – once it’s ready, this message will be updated.

UPDATE: A fix has been released for the Announcements channel and closing it should work as expected.
