Introduction
Attention all Commanders,
We decided to revert oil as a direct upgrade cost. Ultimately, we observed players largely choosing to prioritize passive oil collection and hoarding rather than active war zone activity. The decision has been made to keep oil for fighting instead of a direct upgrade cost in our commitment to intuitive gameplay that increases engagement in players.

Oil Cost Removed, Thorium Cost Added
Oil has been converted to thorium and added to the Antodon & Skorpius thorium upgrade costs bringing these two units to require thorium only to upgrade.
