Google Subscriptions

Commanders,

We are currently aware of an issue with Google Subscriptions where the subscription appears active while viewing the Google Play Subscription menu, but does not appear active in-game. While our engineers are investigating the root cause of this issue, please contact our Customer Service team if you have been affected. Creating a support ticket will allow us to verify your subscription status and credit the missed subscription crates.

To contact Customer Support:

1. Tap your profile picture while in-base
2. Tap the “Settings” tab
3. Navigate down to the support section
4. Select “New Ticket”
