NEW CONTENT

DLP SABRE

The DLP Sabre earns its title “Decisive Lethality Platform” not only through sheer firepower, but also its ability to spearhead attacks throughout the Heavy Vehicle season, which brings the focus back to the ground now that the Helicopter season is coming to a close. When going up against Helicopters, the Sabre simply shrugs off damage using its massive explosive-resistant armor. 

While it’s slow-moving and slow-firing like a typical tank, it more than makes up for it in power – try pairing it with the Hammerhead and other Heavy Vehicles in this Heavy Vehicle season to help support its vulnerabilities. Earn the DLP Sabre in the STOIC SENTINEL feature event on Thursday, May 6th @ 9AM PDT or purchase the blueprint directly from the Army menu.

MAP IMPROVEMENTS

New maps are back! At the beginning of each season, a new map will be available for those in the Elite Tier (level 80 and above). This will be a challenge and is intended for those who have promoted the most recent units. The challenge of this map will be updated throughout the season at each monthly event to make sure it’s still challenging and requires skilled gameplay to defeat. 

In addition, those building up to top-level Tier 10 units can expect additional clarity in which units to bring to each map. Now, map tiers correspond with the suggested unit tier to use on that map. Check out the full changes HERE.

 

HEAVY VEHICLE SEASON

The May Feature Event, Stoic Sentinel, marks the beginning of the Heavy Vehicle season. Expect a new Heavy Vehicle  released in May, June, and July, all of which pair well with the DLP-Sabre to create the ultimate ground platoon. 

DEFENSE UPDATE

Just around the corner in the May Defense Update, keep an eye out for new levels to the Peacemaker Turret, Watchmen Turret, Transformer, and Barrier. 

WATCHMEN 2

Upgrade to the second level of the Watchmen for twice the amount of Countermeasure Damage, helping to aid your defense against units with Mortar-firing secondary weapons such as the UH-66 Hel, Hammerhead, and Ares.

TRANSFORMER 11

Those at level 80 with CC12 can give Turrets a boost by upgrading the Transformer to level 11 – perfect for Flaks and Machine Guns to assist in taking out those tough Helicopters attacking your base.

BARRIER 15

The next Barrier level increases health, providing much needed protection to prevent enemies from gaining access to your defenses. The Barrier 15 will be available for those at level 80 with the Power Plant 12.

PEACEMAKER 11

The time is right! With Heavy Vehicles incoming, the Peacemaker Turret greatly increases capabilities to take out platoons dominated by Heavy Vehicles – try pairing them with a Transformer & Machine Gun. Those with CC12 will have access to the Peacemaker 11.

CONTENT CHANGES

Daily missions

  • Added Daily Raid kickback Oil crates for all missions. The amount of oil is more relevant the lower your level.
  • Reduced the overall Oil scout cost of Daily Raids.
  • Increased extra attempts to daily missions from 3 to 9

Strongholds and Outposts 

  • Metal added to CC1-9 Strongholds and Outposts. 
  • Thorium added to CC5-9 Strongholds and Outposts. 

Base defenses 

  • Gatekeeper Turret levels 1-5 countermeasure damage increased.
  • Landmines levels 1-10 had damage increases of levels 1-10 to make them more relevant against early to late game units.

Units

  • Reduced Fixed Wing Cooldown timers for Thunderbolt, Raptor, AC-130, and F-35A.
  • For the following units, Oil Repair Costs for all unit levels now uses their level 1 oil repair cost for all levels (IE: The oil repair cost for a level 1 riflemen will be used for levels 2-10 as well. Essentially, this is flattening repair costs across all levels):
    • Rifleman, Machine Gunner, PK, Humvee, S-13, Rhino, Abrams, Cobra, Reaper Drone
  • Humvee Build Cost reduced to 1/3 the original amount and promotion costs reduced by 40%.  
  • TOS-1 Build & Promotion Costs reduced by 20%. DPS increased for all levels.
