Commanders,

Check out what’s coming up in the month of September, including the brand new light vehicle, the M-ATV Adder & Heavy Vehicle FOB 11!

NEW CONTENT

M-ATV ADDER

The M-ATV Adder is an agile champion of tactical combat, perfect for striking fast using its secondary weapon to stun and take out turrets before base defenders have a chance to spawn. After that, all that’s left is to bring in reinforcements and scoop up your win.

No matter what type of tactics you use, the defense-crushing capabilities of the Adder may spell the difference between victory or defeat. Did we mention its anti-mine resistance? Get in, take them out, then grab your loot! Available beginning on September 17th in the Lightning Strike feature event.

ELITE AC-19 ARES

The Elite Ares brings unparalleled power to the skies, making a formidable challenge for any opposition. In Phase three, the Ares receives its last five levels, five new pieces of equipment, and new functionality giving you more tactical options. This includes stun capabilities on its new secondary weapon, adding to your diverse toolkit of destruction.

DEFENSE UPDATE

This month’s Defense Update lands on August 31st, bringing a new level for the Garage, Garage Platoon, Global Operations, Howitzer Turret, and Heavy Gustav Turret. The Heavy Gustav and Howitzer receive new Damage Over Time capabilities in the form of fire. After that, upgrade your Global Operations to unlock 2x additional Mastiff for your Tank Reinforcement FOB defenses!

TANK REINFORCEMENT FOB 11

Upgrade your Global Operations to level 11 to use the Tank Reinforcement FOB 11, arriving in the August 31st Defense Update. Punch through enemy defenses using two additional Mastiffs, but not only that- anyone attacking this FOB in the War Zone will notice quickly it’s exceedingly tough to take out.

CONTENT CHANGES

SEPTEMBER PRIZE STORE CHANGES

Quite a few event store changes are just around the corner, which will result in the prize stores you see in different events be more consistent. Additionally, some prizes will be consolidated and have their point costs lowered. These changes are tentatively set to land on Tuesday, September 8th.

  • Scarab, Elite Reaver, Osiris, & Super Hornet: Blueprints & Crits will be included in Hijack. Equipment will be included in Smash & Grab. In October, keep an eye out for the Mastodon!
  • Osiris & Super Hornet Crits added to Daily Raid rotation.
  • Wolverine, Scarab, Osiris, & Super Hornet: Each event store that holds crits for these units have three separate “stacks” with three separate point costs. These stacks of crits will be consolidated into one stack, meaning each will be available at one point cost.
  • Phantom, Trident, Valkyrie, & Juggernaut: Fragments & Crits currently follow a similar trend as above, having multiple point costs for different stacks. These will be consolidated under one point cost for each type of unit’s crits. Additionally, the point cost for these crits will also be reduced.
  • Overlord blueprint point cost reduction.

SPEC OPS

Some pieces of equipment are currently available for lower-tiered units in weekly recurring events that are not available in Spec Ops. We’ll be including these in Spec Ops moving forwards, ensuring that when you see a unit available for your current level in one event, you see its equipment in the other event stores as well.
