War Zone Code 19 Error & Bitter Dawn Res Packs

Commanders,

Please be aware of the following issues that have come up since yesterday’s downtime:

1. Code 19 error when accessing the War Zone or starting a War Zone combat.
2. Missing resource packs in Bitter Dawn store.

For missing resource packs in Bitter Dawn, please submit a support ticket – our customer support team will be able to assist redeeming unused event points for these packs. A ticket may be submitted from in-game by selecting your profile picture and navigating to the settings.

The Code 19 error is currently under investigation. Updates to this issue will be included in this post.

11AM PDT UPDATE: We’ve attempted a fix to resolve the Code 19 error. If this has continued to give trouble, please submit a support ticket letting us know where the issue is appearing (along with the War Zone attempted to be accessed, if applicable).
