As part of the 3.14 update, a previously unannounced feature is coming to Rogue Assault:

Flash Building Sales!

We heard the feedback that it’s taking players a long time to work through specific upgrades in the beginning and midgame. Now, some of these upgrades may periodically have a sale enabled that drops their price for a limited period of time. If you see one of your buildings go on sale – make sure to jump on it! These sales don’t come around often, and some building upgrades may never go on sale at all – so take the opportunity while it’s there.
