Max Metal Storage limit increasing to 35m

Max Thorium Vault Storage increasing to 70m

Ground Platoon level 11 added

Air Platoon 11 added

Terminator capacity decreased to 175 (approximately a 14% power increase)

Overlord and Nemesis units enabled
