New tuning for Gold Strikes

Rogue Assault has undergone several HQ defense changes, which have left Gold Strikes behind in their potency. As part of the 2.31 update, Gold Strikes are getting a power boost to ensure they’re still having their desired effect.

The intention of Gold Strikes at low levels is to provide players the ability to destroy one turret and damage surrounding structures at the appropriate Command Center level. At higher levels, it’s to provide players the ability to destroy the War Factory (or equivalent) of the appropriate CC.

Additionally, several Strikes have been moved into different tiers to provide better clarity on their power. No additional damage or cost adjustments have been made on those Strikes.
