New Control Point War Rule

As part of the 2.30 update, a change was made that marks FOBs as ineligible to attack by alliances that aren’t participating in the CP War. This change was implemented in response to community feedback that it was unfair for costly FOBs to be dispatched so easily by those not participating in the cage match. Additionally, this aligns with our original messaging for CP Wars that only the two alliances in the cage match can impact one another.

This change affects both sides of CP Wars equally, however the game team is aware of additional feedback that CP Wars favor the attacking alliance too heavily at the moment. The product team is investigating this feedback.
